Move default_nsurl somewhere

Options:
- Application.default_nsurl (or App.default_nsurl)
- Database.default_nsurl
- store#default_nsurl
any other ideas?

May be it is worth to allow specifying nsurl for any module and if you will have MyApp::User, it will get nsurl from MyApp.nsurl?
