new-views: Document.create :meta => @meta produces side-effect on Meta.document

New version of Meta.document is created when using Document.create! :meta => @meta
See document_spec.rb in new-views branch (pending as "BUG", line ~612)

No longer valid. Those pending blocks work fine, removed their pending status.
